How to ad an opt in form to your blog from Brian and Feli­cia White on Vimeo.

Step 1: Open your Word­Press blog and dashboard.

Step 2:  On another tab open and login to your AWe­ber account.

Step 3:  On AWe­ber click on the blue Web Forms tab at the top then  next click on the green + Cre­ate Web Formbut­ton at the bot­tom of the page.

Step 4: Pick which form/template you want to use and click on Load Tem­plate.

Step 5: Click on Edit Header and type in the text that you want on your opt in form.

Step 6: Click on Resize and drag to  the size that you want.

Step 7: Click on the blue  Create New Field + but­ton on the left and add Phone num­ber –optional:  Then click ok

Step 8: Click on Go to Step 2.  Now type in what you want to name the form. In the Form Name box.

Step 9:  Right under that is the the Thank You Page ,click on the drop down and pick Cus­tom Page. This is the url  where you are send­ing peo­ple after they opt in. Put that url in here then click the Open in New Win­dow box.

Step 10: Click on the blue Go to Step 3 but­ton. Now click on  I Will Install My Form. Now click on Raw HTML Ver­sion. Right click and select all and copy the entire code from here.

Step 11: Go to your Word­Press dash­board and click on Widgets on the left hand side under Appear­ance . Now drag a Text box over and put in the very top spot and paste the code in here. Save and close that.

Step 12: Refresh your Word­Press blog and your new opt in form should be there now.
